Dear All,

There have been further unfortunate incidence of bombing and massacere of innocent people in Lahore on two separate incidents.I am sorry that I am asking you this question on such a sad moment. My thoughts and prayers are with those who have lost their lives and their families. I would like your honest comments as to what you think of the future of the perperty investment in lahore/Pakistan. It is pretty obvious that whatever measures our government has taken are ineffective. It is also obvious that our government is not going to back off supporting foreign armies and their interest in Pakistan. In this scenario whether we should invest or sit tight until the circumstances are more conducive for investment.

Many thanks for your serious and analytical comments.

Regards

Brother its simple the more you take Risk the more you Gain ...

in other words buy at worst time and sell at the excellent time

The question is when is the "worst" time. The US is not leaving Pakistan and the bombings are collateral damage as a result of US occupation in Pakistan. Things will only get worse so now is not the "worst" and thus not the "best" time to buy.

saying these bombs and "COLLATERAL DAMAGE" is result of "US OCCUPATION" in pakistan is criminal and disgusting.
40 of our fellow brothern died today. 35 of them unarmed civilians, preparing for prayers. according to islamic law only family of deceased can forgive the criminals and that only once they have caught and brought to justice.
i want to tell one thing to alqaeda and their sympathizers, your calculation is wrong. we pakistanis are muslims, we are not americans or westerners who will fear your tactics. we will avenge our blood in islamic tradition and it will hurt, mind these words.

We have to sit back and think and rethink. Muslims killing Muslim was started right from the days of Hazart Usman Hazrat Ali Hazarat Imam Hussain. The issue is more than sentiments or right and wrong. I think and feel issue is dialog and negotiation. Action and reaction leads no where. WE all at all stages, individually, ulama, and nation are hypocrats and liars. We do not do what what wen say. We only talk the talk but do not walk the walk. May Allah guide us and helpus out of this sad situation.

as muslims we can forgive every thing else but not blood of our fellow brothers. there can be no negotiations with people who slaughter our brothers. whats wrong is that we break laws laid down by holy prophet and start showing weakness. this is not time for negotiation.
its bit disturbing that our intelligence agencies seem to have little clues about masters of these idiots. they will have to get their act together very very soon...

This is probably the first time I have heard these blasts have happened in Cantt area. All DHA is spread around these military installments. All I can say is that it's not good.

I fully agreed with Khalid, we must think about that directions also because India has deprived us from our deserving water share,It has destroyed our cricket (by IPL,attack of srilankan team,by buying our crickters etc).Through media it never miss any chance to malign pakistan in the world comunity and trying to prvoe a faild or terrorist state. They are trying to make friendship with the friends of pakistan by making trade pact like saudi arabia. They have been woriking on their all agenda to promote and grow their countries by improving their education, technologies, health trade and defence etc. but unfortunately our politicians are having no agenda for pakistan but for themselves only. Our brave army is alone fighting with these sceret enemies and getting targeted.Unfortunately we need a savior of nation like Moa Tse Tung (chinese hero ).

You are asking about the future of property in Pakistan huh. Here we are not sure abt the future of Pakistan itself.

Thanks to the two dictators ZIA and MUSHARAF, thier legacy lives on.

And to top it all is our weak and coward government which has no guts whatsoever to stand in the face of India and tell them if they continue doing this, they will get punished from us as well.

Heros only exist in movies, we do not need any heros, the only thing we need to do is to correct ourselves, stop every wrong thing that we see happening before us. and thats it. THATS IT
