looking for 1 kanal house ,with double storey construction in valencia area or wapda town area lahore.preferbly 2 units house .
house should be of new construction
my budget is 1 caror.
if anyone has anything to sell please advise with full details of price ,block etc.

i thought i would be advised accordingly if i do put my budget down and someone told me that it is difficult to get someonthing of that size and description under 115 in that area,but 1 caror was my maximum budget thats why i mentioned it.
im a very straight forward person and im sure if someone did have anything wiht in that budget they would have emailed me etc,but it seems like no one does.
never the less i really do appreciate your advice.

i see it in a different way. Somebody just to tell others that wapda & valencia are a matters of crores. That is all otherwise somebody having the crore will go to check the physically market. |

salam mr judgement,
i did go there to see,i saw one house in wapda for 1 caror 80,but it was no doubt a beutifull house and one in valencia for 125 .so i thought rather than me going there to see if i can get somehting in my budget its better for someone to let me know if they have anything with full details with in my budget.
i think this site does not seem suitable for my enquiry considering the fact that i thought this was a real estate websight and people buy and sell real estate.
thanks everyone for the kind and considerate advice.i will try and find another websight where i can buy or get more information on a property i want to buy.i did require something urgently for my family who do not want to be too far from johar town.johar town a double storey 1 kanal new house is around 140 plus.

what is quality grade of construction?
how many rooms?
what part of wapda town is this in?
are there other houses close to it?
is this 2 unit or 1 unit house?
finally are you an agent in that area?
if i come monday morning can i see this house on monday afternoon?

pakistan property???
can someone please tell me are property prices ever going to go uo in lahore.reason i asl is because during the last 12 months property in lahore has come down by around 30% especially in undeveloped areas.I think it is still too high bearing in mind that 90%of the population is earing less than 10,000 rupees per month.HOw can they ever afford to buy a plot/house.?The prices of day to day nessesities is increasing to the extent that i dont think alot of people can even afford meat.
the gap between the rich and poor is extremely high and if this gap continues to increase the country could have a civil war.
could someone kindly tell me is it worth investing in pakistan?

I think you have done the basic analysis yourself. Prices are still out of reach of the majority of people here in Pakistan. And many many more plots are getting in the market (Phase6, Phase7, Parkview, Bahria etc etc) and the only way forward seems is reduced property prices.. Just a layman review of the situation. |

Yes it can, phase DHA 9/10 files collapsed from 46 lakhs to 15 lakhs. Similarly, other phases also collapsed by up to 50 % |
