i am from lower middle class, have a dream to own a house. i have 2 million. Can any one pls provide me genuine guidence as i wana buy a res plot in lahore.My range is 2 mil Where i can bulit my house after one - two years.

Go for Bahira Sector B for Five merla and can build your dream home today. As plot cost starts from 9 lac onwards and rest you can spend to have a gray structure. |

Dear Asad sb I would suggest you buy Bahria Town Sector C 10 Marlas plot (Not File) or you may go for a 10 Marlas DHA8 X-Park View File. You may face little delay in DHA but one day you'll feel proud and thank ALMIGHTY ALLAH for choosing DHA.

Asad sahib in 2 Million(Rather much less, @ Rs13.75 Lacs app) you can buy a DHA9,10 ONE KANAL file but it will take too long to develop. No decent society offers one Kanal in 20 lacs.
In Bahria Town Sector C you can find any excess area plts, more than 10 marlas. BUT NOT ONE KANAL dear sir.
Wait for some expert opinion for guidance, as I am not an expert and may be I m missing any good point! |

Go for DHA Rahber, Khayaban-e-Ameen, NESPAK-2, IEP Engineers Town - all these are developed socities on Defence Road, Lahore between Raiwind Road and Ferozpur Road, suitable for good living in a moderate budget. |

i will also add my part in this conversation and i will say if u want to buy one kanal plot in 20 lacs may be u will find but it will be very middle class society there will not be gentary.dont go for quantity but for quality.i think in 20 lacs u can find 14 marla plot in lake city its very neat cleane society second option is park view and third is bahria. |

Hi Asad,
I think Better you check some options in Wapda, Valencia and Izmir town even you need to add 1-2 lac add this amount. Because these societies are safe. You can check also Nespak society phase -2 site-1 beside Izmir on canal. Its a phase of nespak society and a lot of houses are under construction now. I think you can easily found 10 marla plot in not more then maximum of 14-15 lac but if you need to get near to city then better check valencia! may be you will find a plot after a bargain. Bahria town is very far. If you are getting something good and near to city why to buy in Bahria. Keep Bahria as a last option.
