Attention
**Mr. CMY & Other Members, Dealers**
I would like to know, I want to construct single story house at Fazaia Housing Scheme Lahore, and for that I am doing house plan.
I am just wondering If i submit the ground floor plan now, would i be able to construct another floor in future?
or if i submit the full house plan (including first floor) now, but what if I only make ground floor at this time due to shortage of funds. Can i do this?

You can Submit Plan to make single story now, Get it passed and at later satge you will have to pass Map for second story, It is better to Finalize map for Both story but Submit only single for approval. Othrwise you will not get completion certificate. This Rule is strictly followed in LDA, DHA regulated socities where Completion certificate is must and should be taken before expiry of 'Building Period" Which is usually 2 to 3 years.
In less regulated socities it is enough to inly approve map or you can discuess with socity office to Know what practically is happening. |
