please guide me i confused.should i go for phase 5 m block file or phase 5 ext . CMY u mentioned earlier that phase 5 ext within few weeks will not called phase EXTENSION and please elaborate more .that whick is good option M block or EXT and please tell me how much time expected for balloting for M block and extension.i request all members to guide me

Any idea when the balloting and development of DHA Lahore Phase 9/10 is expected. Is this the right investment for someone overseas looking at 5-10 year plan?

DHA 8 new Info
I just called DHA office, and asked about development charges for DHA ballot File Holders, they clearly told they will not be 10 Lac but he he cant disclose the accurate amount will be announced at time of Ballot.
They are also telling that if someone want to sell Plots in DHA 8 after soon after Ballot the buyer will have to pay full amount up front [all due installments in cash]. This will be detrimental for resale market.
In my view both are negative news but I leave for commentators how they interpret it.
