Joher Town prices

Hello,
I have two questions for CMY, and other knowledgeable property folks.

Joher town prices seem to have no consistency.
I may be missing some basic thing here, want to know if some one can help. I see following prices for Joher Town:

10 Marla Facing Canal 32 Lakh
10 Marla 42 lakh
12 marla 66 lakh (some where around there)
1 kinal 53 lakh (advertiser says its below market)
2 kinal for 103 Lakh, near Canal.

I am mainly interested in a two kinal plot and am trying to make sense of the market.
(Any one selling two kinal Joher Town can also contact me).

Secondly, Around 10-12 years ago when Joher Town was really new, there were lots of Gaphlas by LDA officials and double selling of plots etc. I will like to know is that problem taken care of. How one can be sure that the joher town plots are not problematic.

Thanks in advance.

Anis

Brother Anis what i think is that you've misunderstood (or may the one who posted mistyped) "10 Marla Facing Canal 32 Lakh" now replace the word "Canal" with "Kanal".

What i think about Johar Town is that although the situation is better than 10-12 years but still it is more than any other society having frauds etc. So please be very carefull while buying in Johar Town.

mr anis there is nothing wrong with plots but the location.in johar town, some blocks are expensive than others.there may be litigation in some areas, but before buying u can verify the documents.thats it

There is a large 4 kanal and 2 marla plot for sale in one of the most prestigous lacations of lahore called EXCUTIVE LODGES. All the wiring and sewage is underground, hence making it a more desirabe place to live. I am open to offers. Best offer will be accepted.

Collecting Sleeping bags Earthquake Relief Efforts, please forward

Collecting Sleeping Bags For Earth Quake Victims

Free Pakistan Delivery by PIA

In the wake of Catastrophic Earthquake in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir, thousands have lost their lives and many more are suffering without any food water and shelter.
Due to the severity of Cold Weather, these poor survivors are now facing a new battle in the Himalayan mountains. There is a huge shortage of Tents, Blankets and Sleeping Bags for millions of homeless victims.

The nation needs YOUR SUPPORT in this DIFFICULT TIME during this Holy month of Ramadan.

Responding to the national calamity, PIA, Pakistan International Airlines, has offered to carry relief goods from all its stations in its global network, free of charge. One needs to get shipping letter from Pakistani Consulate to send free of charge.

It was pointed out by the Pakistani president that the most important item that is short in supply is camps. Camps are not available in Lahore at the moment, all camps have already been dispatched to North. Thousands of camps are on order with the manufacturers in and around Lahore, but they won't be available until 15-20 days. 2.5 million (25 lakh) people have been left homeless, which means at least half a million (5 lakh) camps are required (if one camp is for 5 persons) So those who are abroad and want to help, it would be better to purchase and send camps to Pakistan rather than sending monetary donations, because even if money is here, camps are not ready.

We have done some research and seems like the best thing to send right now is sleeping bags.
Wallmart has them for $18 a piece. We are collecting Sleeping Bags, Tents, and Blankets.

Almighty Allah Says in Holly Quran:
"Those who spend their wealth in the cause of Allah, and do not follow up their gifts with reminder of their generosity or injury, Their regard is with their lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve" Al Baqra 2:262.

In case you have already donated to the cause, thank you for your generosity.
We also need volunteers to distribute these letters and collect and ship sleeping bags.

Thank you donate generously and God bless you.

If you are in NY, NJ, or CT area then please drop your donations at
The Dedicated Team, Inc.
791 Coney Island Ave
Brooklyn, NY 11218

Please see attached document for detail. If you would want to collect in your area and send directly through PIA, Please send me an email and I will send you details.

Earth Quake, List of Charities

We all have reservations and prefrences when donating. In the wake of 911, we do want to donate
to a decent organization and obviously want to make sure that our money reach the needy fast and secure.
Every one has different criteria of judging Charities. Following is a list for your convinience. Please donate through whomever you feel comfortable with
but please do, because this is the right time:
- Ramazan is here (70 times greater sawab),
- your poor country men need help desperately,
- Its our responsibility.

Almighty Allah Says in Holly Quran:

"Those who spend their wealth in the cause of Allah, and do not follow up their gifts with reminder of their generosity or injury, Their reqard is with their lord.
On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve"
Al Baqra 2:262

Allah has blessed us with so much, and we must unite to help begin reconstructing the broken lives of our fellow Pakistanis. I ask you to please open your generous hearts and donate to organizations helping out with this cause. It is the holy month of Ramadan and InshaAllah the rewards for donating today will be even greater. We all seek Allah Subhanahu WaTa'Aala's mercy and forgiveness and we pray for His Mercy on our brothers and sisters in Pakistan.

If you know any other charities, please mention here.

My humble suggestion is that people print out the list, attach an envelop, with your desired charity, and a postage stamp and place at your nearest desi grocery store/mosque.
You can give your Gora Coworkers the Christian charity info.
Lets all work together to help our brothers and sisters.

Anis
