Either the rate will remain 50 /kanal for the next 3 years or it will further fall... No chances of any increase.... DHA 10 is a big big phase and is at least 15 years behind the current status of Prism where one kanal file is available at 72. So how come it is feasible to invest in it at the moment....
In present scenario, if the file price of DHA 10 falls below 36 /kanal, then it will become a feasible buying option.

DHA will charge developments charges in the region of Rs 30 Lacs estimated therefore the price will be Rs 85 lacs (55 ± 30). Moreover the time of balloting is also not known. There are no buyers in the market any ways!!!

Please advice which are the best area of Lake City for 1 Kanal and the
range. Also what are the transfer charges?
Also if anyone living there at Lake city could confirm if there is no electricity issue and backup generator REALLY works the moment light goes off?

Plot transferred from park view to phase 7 due to encraochment
Salam aleikom w rahmatullahi w barakatuh
Ive got transferred
from park view to dha
due to encroachment by villagers.
Plot i had in park view was on 150 wide road.
Plot i received in
is on 50 wide road and in addition its on drain road.
What is possible to do with it ?
Or is it just to be like this?
Any advice or guidance will be highly appreciated.

If you check DHA (Ex-Parkview) map on DHA website, K block is shown as hatched marked (it means K block land has some legal issues between the land owners and DHA. Check with DHA office if you can wait (?? years) until the time DHA can clear this K Block land so you could keep 44K plot instead of Phase 7 plot.
Also, your decision should be based on what price you purchased 44K plot; have you already obtained enough profit or not based on present value of phase 7 plot?

What ever I think you should goto DHA Office, and If they can relocate the Plot in Parkview that will be best option for you, Otherwise Location of Other Plot is Not Bad Too, This Covered Nalla and Rain/storm water Drain, Sewage Line is in Pipes that is everywhere otherwise You can live. There is No Ganda Nala in DHA 7.
That area will be populated in 2 years as possession is already given, The price will cross DHA Parkview Litigation Plots
