My intention was not to hurt any 1 . NO need to name TOAKA dealers even this is reality that they exist in market.

As per my Understanding they don't have any buyer and seller in hand but will play with your BAYANA or TOKEN money and will end up your deal in some bad option.

MY purpose was just to tell that first do proper research in market and then invest your hard earn money through some reliable dealers in market.

Well Moazzam and Khurrum from Moazzam estate from LakeCity are frauds and liars not Tokka's only. Their whole business is based on lies and delayed payments and Allah knows what else.

Having said that so was ENEM estate who conviently have become ENEM developers and launched Ferozepur City recently, are telling lies about NOC everyday just to loot money from innocent people. Allah help us all. Ameen

LRE Daily Price update shows DHA Air Avenue 1-K maximum price 175 Lacs and 10- Marla Max. 110 Lacs. However, in the "Plots for Sale" page 1-K prices are as high as 190-200 Lacs and 10 marla 120 Lacs.

Please confirm which are the correct prices?

Property Prices on Rise
Good Morning All,

There is a sudden price surge observed in Lake City currently. One month before good plots in M2 can easily be bought in a range of 95 to 96 lacs. now even boundary plot holders are not willing to sale it in this price.. good location demands now starts from 120.. and as high as 130.

What can one expect the price slab by 14/08/2017 or by the end of 2017; for good location plots in M2 ?

All positive analysis would be welcomed.

No. both have gone up. In both blocks, there are many houses under construction now (up-to 25 if i am not wrong). May be this is the reason coupled with fast track work on Ring Road.
