Any idea when DHA will start the construction of approach road from Barki Road towards the site.
i think people don't feel very pleasant while moving towards the site, and that distance is approximately 3KM.

lake city has started to get back as prices are going up day by day on on ground plots lots of construction is going on at the moment and it is the time to buy before the ring road as they kanal will jump to 130 from 110 and 10 marla from 65 .75 to 75 85 so please keep an eye on this investment

Agreed with Irfan292; prices are static for past few months and I do not see any rise as well. Infect prices are gone significant down last year and stick to certain point since then.
Positive think is, that side of area getting more and more attractive for buyers now but prices are still same. Its buyers time.

Good eye opener for those who need time to complete their purchases due to being overseas, A kanal plot in such a good location in one cror will be a dream soon.
I have always advocated on ground plots. The set back people had in commercials was due to gambling of initial bookies which is always a case in a boom.
On ground plots of M2 M3 are really too good and are cheaper than their counterparts like DHA Rahber which also have location disadvantage [close to Hadira drain]

100% agreed with Jameel Mughal. Lake City development and ambience is excellent. One Kanal plot in 1 crore is still very cheap. Once Ring Road is completed prices will shoot more than 30%.

Location of nfc2 is much better than lack city.Nfc2 has entrance from canal bank and Multan road, which is national high way.,also ring road.They r going to start development, hopefully that will be best also.still much cheaper.

Nfc 2 is badly disturbed due to ring road interchange AND also the lot of speculation about new managment corruptions . . Anyhow no development will start in 2017 except little activities like parks . Old road marking etc etc . So nfc 2still at attractive place but have major isues with it future

Dear Ahsan ever since we have been discussing for last 2 years the value of Central park has increased by 80 percent, a good location plot of Kanal in possession are was 50 which have reached 85 to 90, I gess similar gains will be there in 2 Kanal Plots.
You can check the value of your holdings in market.
Prism will stay at this point for some time . If you want to switch it is possible now. However keep it in mind this much population which central park have today will be 10 ys after in prism. For house making if you have plan in 2025-26 then only prism is good Choice for you

Lahore Housing Societies
Being an overseas Pakistani, we get the information and insight of the housing societies in Lahore through the videos uploaded by LRE and other property dealing companies.

After watching the videos of various housing societies of Lahore, I am of the opinion that at present LIVABLE housing societies with the best ambience and development standards are Bahria Town, DHA Phase 5 & 6, DHA Parkview, Sukh Chayan Gardens and Lake City.

Ambience wise Sukh Chayan Gardens seems to be on top (lush green environment) although development standard is not as good as the remaining above-mentioned societies and also too far from the city. By the way I do not have investment in Sukh Chayan but would love to have my house in lush green environment.

Development Standard wise Bahria Town is the best and on top. However, too far from the city unless ring road southern loop connects it to the Multan road.

DHA Phase 5 is a hot cake evidenced by sky high prices; also location is the best. Next comes DHA Phase-6 and DHA Parkview (ambience and location wise DHA Parkview is excellent and could become a hot cake if given direct access from Airport as part of airport expansion (I came to know from LRE video only).

Lake City surroundings with the construction of alternate Raiwind Road (and while ring road southern loop is getting shape) is appearing marvelous, but most of the society is still empty land and not much houses construction is going on. Looks like mostly investors are there.

DHA Prism, as being portrayed by DHA and by property gurus, may exceed all the best societies of Lahore but we have to wait for its development completion.

This is just my personal assessment and views. LRE and friends are requested to give their valuable feedback helping overseas Pakistanis
