Kindly mentioned the gated societies like PAF falcon, Askri .

Falcon & Askri are very good but construction is 3rd grade.

bros, you need to give your budget, small house could be 10 marla, price of this size house goes from 13 million to 25 million, depending on location. Canal road societies like tech society have only 16 marla houses, they would cost around 30 million or thereabouts, PCSIR has 15 marlas, cost at least 20 million or more, Bahria is gated, 10 marla house could be at least 15 million. So location and size would depend on budget.

Thanks for quick reply. The budget is 10M. The house should be brand new in nice decent gated society. Neighborhood should also be decent. Canal or near DHA is preferred.

Brother ZeD in 10M u can only buy a 5 marla house not 10 marla. 10 marla brand new house in good gated society could not be got less than 20M.

NOT at this time. Currently market is holding cause of holding power of sellers. It would need Some chain of events to make this property prices fall else it would not be going down any soon and also don�t expect the market to shoot up anytime sooner so my suggestion is to adapt wait and watch policy and see who wins in this tug of war game

It looks like phase 8 is seeing correction or lets say recession.Prices are down as compared to the beginning of this year.and more over not much construction on the ways. still.

Mr Ahmed I have a plot in phase 8 T block. Few days back I went to DHA for getting possession of my plot. The person related to possession department told me if I want to get possession to construct a house then possession is not available and if I need to get possession for selling my plot then it is available.
That is the reason no construction activity can be seen in DHA 8.

The members of NFC 2 Housing Society Lahore recorded their protest in front of NFC SOCIETY OFFICE on 6-9-2016. On 7-9-2016, newspapers Daily Din and Daily Nawa e waqt reported the same protest.

Perhaps this is the only way left to get the development work done. All the affecties of NFC 2 should reach the and attend the Next month hearing at Lahore High Court...... The Court has issued stay order on elections and is not listening the case since 6 months
