sir no possession have been given in any sub-sector of d-12 so far. The possession was just in the papers. The actual possession will be given after the whole ground work will be completed. it will take atleast 1 more year. cda has refused to give any physical possession for near future. i can arrange you a plot in d-12/2, 1

For information of those who are not too familiar with D-12 I may mention that in general
prices in D-12/1 are somewhat lower than other sub-sectors. This is probably because this sub-sector is more congested (has a lot more plots)than other three. Also a village touches its west side due to which there seems to be some adverse possession over there.

D-12/3 seems to be slightly higher priced than other sub-sectors. I have also noticed that very small plots (like 111,139 sq yards etc)are cheaper on per square yard basis as compared to larger plots.

Of-course all of the above are generalizations. In the end every thing depends on the exact location of the plot of interest.

Dear Mr. Waseem Khan you are correct I am an owner. I purchased a very nice plot in D-12/4 last year with which I am very happy. Why are you angry at me? I just gave my input which I thought was relevant to the topic. It was a general comment not directed at you at all.

I think you are right that this sector will take one more year to be truly ready. You could correct me if I was wrong about something. I am sure you want your clients to be properly informed.

Raja Sohaib sahib, Blossom plots are only being bought for mergers. 3 paid files are selling about 70 thousand below the total amount paid to Bahria. There won't be too many buyers for 5-paid files in market but the best you can expect should be around 3.8 lakhs...

Food for thought! Price should be based on development. Govt Of
Pakistan is saying that they will do development with in two years.
My friends our Govt two years are equal to 10yrs.
After SectorI/11 there is no develpment in any sector in the I sectors.

I will be surprise to see if I15 will be ready and people living there in next 10 years.

*The advantage is that they are aware of all the technicalities involved in buying selling process and can finalize the deal in a smooth and professional way (only if you are lucky enough to find a professional and honest dealer).

*The disadvantage is that you have to pay them for their services.

*If you buy directly from the owner, you can save minimum1% commission which you will have to pay to the dealer and you may lose also while making a deal with the owner if you are not aware of the market
prices.

sell the propert of the owner higher than the owners demand, they keep this extra money plus they charge 1% from both sides. that's why all the GAMMA MAGA in pakistan has become property dealer. i know one property dealer in township lahore who even cannot write urdu correctly.
