Now I am feeling regret as Z block is going up and I shall not sell it.

prices of phase 6 are not compatible with phase 8. head office will move to phase 6 and not 8, phase 8 will reach phase 6 level after 10 years,

Not sure in which block you will get plot in dha phase 6 but location will be around at boundary or next boundary for sure. In daily rates update we offering one kanal file in proper dha 8 not for parkview.In dha Parkview A Block one kanal file now available @ 94 lacs demand. (Very few files now).It is limited opportunity once the quota finished. No option of 10 file in available in parkview

But howcome Ex PV still have land? I remember DHA has adjusted Ex PV allottees in DHA 7 because there was no land or might be some other issue.
Ex PV is the ideal location as compare to DHA 7... Ex PV ppl who have been adjusted in DHA 7 may scream if DHA is opening new files in Ex PV.

DHA has cleared the land of pocket of A block. this patch has potential to yield reasonable return in future for one or two years.One Kanal File of A Block Park view is available @ 90 Lacs. There is only kanal files offered now NO 5 or 10 marla.

Major Portion H,J,K still in litigation.May be clear in coming years.
