1) How to apply Electric Meter and Which Area/Office ???
2) New Sui Gas Connection Where ???
3) For Boring in Plot from where ???
4) Process to Clean Plot ??? As i Paid Devbris Removal charges to DHA , But What I need to do ???

What is the point of soil test, DHA Should have done the soil test before selling that land and pocketing billions !

Soil test is done before construction of
each house to know the actual depth which has strength to bear structure. this determines the Foundation depth etc especially for earthquake . It is good to get soil test done of ur plot which is not very costly when u r spending so much on house construction.

An architect told me that its a requirement now for all the DHA phases ( phase 1 to phase four thousand eight hundred and thirty two ). I definitely see its requirement if DHA is going to make phase 13 on the Ravi River or in phase 9. But I think someone got the bright idea to charge 1 lakh per test and do it even at phase 1.

Write a application to DHA Administrator mentioning Request to open Possesion of your Plot # .... Phase 8 Block X, Attach a copy of letter. Then Vist DHA office lahore & Visit Civil Engineering department .

Electric Fittings Switches, Dimmers and lights
Dear All,

Any brother who can suggest good makes (Chinese and European) for electrical fittings to be used in house. Some people suggest Clipsal and some suggest TJ-Chinese to use. What is the expert opinion and which fittings to be used.

Best chinese brand can be considered Clipsal. Being kept in mind that you must purchased from authorised dealers with Warranty.

Dear All,
I have an important question. My father died an year ago; he had a plot in DHA karachi 200 sq yard commercial. Later on we applied for the transfer of plot and 2 months back the plot was transferred to his legal heirs. Me, my mother and 2 sisters.
Now i wanted to sell the property but there is a disagreement as my mother and sister is not willing to sell the property.
In this case am i handicapped or can i proceed any case legally. Because i am not sure if they would ever be willing to sell due to personal issues.

Dha laws dictate that all the owners should be present and willing to sell.so you don't have any option except to convince your mother and sister.

According to Sharia (your mother share 12.5% and then remaining 87.5% (you have 43.75% and each of your sister have aprox 22% of that plot). I am not sure if there are DHA rules to divide 1 commercial plot into smaller plots (if so you can claim for possession of your 43.75% share = (3.5 Marla = 87.5 sq yard) and then sell your share.

this is not right time to sell , feel lucky you have a good commercial which can value more in future , if you really need it try to convince all , otherwise follow your mom decision , ot will give you better on long run and life hereafter

do not enter into any business without experience , do not do deal with random delrs specially in agri land, keep properties in long run they all will benefit you . if you do nothing after 4 years you will have more cash than selling today and wasting in random thought business , keep properties , utilize your education , seek a small job and excel meanwhile make goals , dream big but achievable same time do homework for setting business at job time .

Why don't you analyse LRE's daily rates update, select few locations that match your affordability, pay a visit there and make your own decision. If someone suggests you a location where he has his own investments but it doesn't suits you, will you invest there. I think, you will not. So, don't rely too much on the advise of forum members. Here everyone speaks the language of his personal interest. The only exception is CMY because he is a selfless man and gives advise to the best of his understanding with good faith. If advise is ever needed, ask for his advise and not forum members.

There are lot of errors in this website, I tried to post few comments on this forum yesterday, but all time , it says Application Error, It happens in both ways Registered ID or non-registered ID.

Also there is no POST from admin (CMY) since many days either on whatsapp group or LRE Website, can some one inform if he is okay or does i Missed some thing ?

The best option is 4 or 8 Marla plot in Audit & Accounts Phase 2.

But the plot must be safe from Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop. You can easily check the location of plot physically as the plots are on ground, and Ring Road demarcation is clearly done through Red Painted Pillars.

At last lre admin posted it but still that post which was referrded is not posted. Actually one of the dealers advised me to invest in central park H block 5 marla. He said plots are on-ground and possession will be announced in 6 months. Can someone tell me is it safe to invest in H block central park???
