Sir! Investors generally hate all LDA projects. The first two posts praising LDA city appear to have been planted by some person with vested interests like trying to dispose of his investments at higher rates. So don't take it seriously.

Lda avenue is poorly developed. But johar town was a massive and quite successful project of lda. High risk but high reward if it proves to be another johar town.

Lda mystery. LDA Evenue is no more cheap. It has seen more than 100 % gain in lda eve since last one year and still prices trend witness upward. Good location plots r hard to fine there. Plots on 150 road have reached to 5 crore mark.

I am a Government Officer and was allotted a 1 K plot in 2003. prices remained struck till 2013 and till 2013 to 2017 a 10 marla average or good location (Facing park or corner not included) plot reached @ 4.5 Million. Now after almost 5 years later it is available in 9 Million. This also include recent price gain.

if we compare the duration of time and rate of investment and gains during last 18 years it is below than a 3rd class society of small cities. people earned more even in Khana and khachi abadi etc.

LDA main Blue wards can't be compared with other residential plots as Main 150 feet or bigger will be commercialized a day or other.

Phase 9 commercial are most hot cake next feauture due to its total area & location.
If some one wants to investment in commercial property and not need urgently plaza on plots, Phase 9 Z1& Z2 are most suitable place that capital return ratios will be higher than any other DHA area as well as its rented income.

Dear info & fizan bhai one may right to agree or disagree from my point of view. I am not dealer or not having any investment in phase 9 Z1&Z2 commercial plot.
Please check total residential area of phase 9 and its. Please check its low cost prices and specialty Z1 location 150 fit road around. As I said above reasons if someone has time three to five years, and contain Capitale gain its best potential area in dha Lahore. Rest Allah knows batter.

Askari X is best then . There is beconhouse till 5 class inside the compound. Very close to airport and Mall Road. Good shopping areas like fortress and Mall of Lahore are 10 minutes drive away. There is Army Gymnasium very close to Askari X and civilians can also join Gym and Swimming.

Only negative of Askari X is house are not well designed and construction is also bad. Same look of house also make it a little dull. You will have to find house that is well maintained by the owner which is a bit difficult if not impossible.

I have a suggestion if you cosider. All well known architect are very busy they do not give time as we pay. Lot of people those who uses big architect names, infact the select some paticular home of that architect and get his drawing by spending 5000 rupees and hire some reasonable architect.
