Please note that this website is not a paid subscription. I myself have checked the website 3,4 times since morning but that doesn't mean we can question their efficiency. We can definitely question them if we are paying them.

No doubt,LRE forum is a blessing for a common man who is interested to invest somewhere but unaware of pros and cons of property field.I think LRE team is serving us in a great way,we should think after all they are human beings,we should neglect their slight mistakes and delay in responding our questions and queries.I think ,they are doing their job honestly.

By the way, if rates are not posted for 1 day, how can it impact the property business? There is no significant change in the rates overnight, you can refer to yesterday's rates. If it does not fulfill your URGENT requirement, then call LRE :-)

No I am not from LRE. Sorry if I sounded rude as I didn't mean to. LRE team and this forum has helped me a lot in learning how real estate works in Pakistan. As a free website, we should respect any minor delays or hiccups. We all are already benefiting alot from videos/comments/suggestions by CMY and his team.

I am not from LRE as well but I disagree the way it is being criticised. You can request in a polite way would be more beneficial for both parties but harsh criticism is not the solution. How many dealers provide such platform and how many provide every day rates. Yes this forum is beneficial for LRE but how can somebody dictate his terms to google, facebook etc.

So we should be thankful and polite to LRE for their service.

I agree with "AKRAM KSA RIYADH" and "Overseas". We should be polite. LRE is not taking money. It is a very good platform to discuss the issues and share the review. I really appreciate the effort of LRE. BTW i am not an agent of LRE :) So do not blame me to appreciate them :)

@Mian Omar if you do not like LRE then please leave it. Who is stopping you from doing it? I have learn a lot from gurus on this plat form. You can also learn from them. No one impose his decision to other. Every one is free to take decision and every one must take responsibility of their decision.

The better way to get good assessment is to ask from 4-5 dealers.

The problem is that the website is run by a real estate company.

LRE has not given any rise to 9-Town prices for the last so many months. Thats something I also didn't like about LRE.

Instated of criticizing on LRE, better to work with LRE as most of our friends are getting "free" tips from LRE site and later with their favorite dealers. If something happen to their investment they blamed LRE and its not the duty of LRE to market for each and every individual person coz LRE is itself a commercial portal and at the end of day their goal is to earn for their employees and company. Is that not enough for you that this is only property site in Pakistan where you get approx. updated rates for everyday?? you get assessment of your plots at spot...you get all the information from A to Z without paying even a single penny just upon the click of your finger ???

LRE is doing very well specially Ch Mujahid Yasin is doing a great job but I also agree with Mian Omar that mostly their assessment is not correct and at their assessment if someone want to buy that is impossible but want to sell this is ossible

You are bsolutely right. Another problem is that the owner of this website and his entire team are selfless and honest people overpowered by Khauf-e-Khuda. They dont look after the interests of sellers alone. For them, interests of innocent buyers also hold equal weightage, and thats what their posts on this forum & their dealings in LRE's office generally reflect. This is something not acceptable. Anyway, we need not to worry. Large fleet of local dealers is available in the market, who in our efforts to become rich overnight, can easily deprive us from our money. Lets quit this forum and go to them.

Marble looks nice and durable, but helps sustain temperature in summers. Keeping in view the Power shortage, all of us should think of Heat Proofing our homes not of building an oven and to show it off to our relatives (sorry about the last words).
