but i wonder Dha is ignorant of the face value of their main commercial center PH 6 MB. why DHA offers 1.7 crore(in installments)
instead of 5 crore commercial plot.
there must be a big game.

why you are deleting my and other friends question regarding PHASE 5 EXT,or you alergic fm PHASE 5 EXT?

ONCE AGAIN I repeat my question and requeat you to answer my question.

As now it is well know that all phase five ext files,aloctions will be aloted plats in BLOCK M of phase 5 ext,why the price has fallen down fm 28 to 26.65 lacks as indicated by you on your site.
Also give the latest inf about the ballet and after balet the one kanal price. I hopnow instead of deleeting my question ,you will reply accordingly.

DHA may hold ballot soon after booking closing for all phases including DHA5 ext DHA 9 5 and 10 marla only.

Two new blocks are added in DHA town to accommodate 5 marla and 10 marla.


DHA may adjust all files of DHA 8 Parkview kanal and 10 marla in DHA phase 7 all developed and under development blocks. People should start getting notification in this regard in next 90 days.

About 120 plots of DHA 6 commercial MB plots of size 8 marla on installment will be allotted in front of P block of DHA 7. It is highly recommended that all visitors of this website apply for these DHA phase 6 commercial 8 Marla MB plots. Try your best to apply for facing MB commercial plots only.

This info is not 100% confirmed. No buying or selling based on this unconfirmed info. Just sharing what came to my knowledge from a good source. Info could be right and wrong and is just a market gossip at this stage. If its not true dont blame me for sharing it with you. Shared this info just to help you. I dont own any plot in any of these phases and I dont have enough free funds to apply any plot in any phase so it dont help to give you any wrong info.

If we see the DHA add, it reads as 'plots in phases
I-VIII & DHA Town". I don't see phase IX included in it and on the price detail list, I don't see the
DHA Town. I was wondering, if the phase IX mentioned in the price detail pages (5 and 10 marla) relates to
DHA Town and not to Proper Phase IX.
For comments of the experts please.

pls advise the latest inf about the ballet of phase 5 ext,while we have not seen any thing in todays newspaper ,where as DHA has advitesed in detail about booking of plots in many phases etc. pls advise

There is a huge demand of all DHA allocation files in last 3 hours for some reason. All DHA files sellers have suddenly disapeared from market.

DHA phase 5 extension files have increased more than Rs 1.5 lacs in just last 3 hours to 27.5 to 28.25 lacs asking price. Park view one kanal and 10 Marla files have also seen Rs 50000 gain and people are asking for file at 20 lacs for kanal and 13.60 lacs for a 10 marla Park view allocation file. DHA 9-10 files are also unavailable due to strong buying. People are asking 15.75 lacs for DHA 9 alocation file but still wont confirm 100% their availability even on this price.

Lahore Real Estate clients are requested not to sell DHA 5 ext or Parkview 10 Marla files with out checking the latest on these files with us on phone first.

It seems that property market is going in positive direction. During this time of year there is very least demand of plots and files usually but you can clearly see that for most of DHA files there are more buyers than sellers and there is also a big demand for plots in Bahria town as well. Dealers are looking for owners of plots to see if anyone is interested to sell.

Has DHA announced the development charges of Phase 9 one kanal? You have mentioned few places the price including development charge is 26 to 26.10 for one kanal.

If yes then what about the development charges of Phase 5 ext.? Is that known as well.

Bahria Town Overseas Batch B Lahore

Dear Fellows,

I have an email confirmation from Bahria Town today that the posssession of the Overseas Batch "B" Lahore has been announced which means the members can apply for the possession. I have visited Pakistan in Last February and noticed that the development for the said block was in progress but not completed to the extent to award the possession. Would it be good if I apply for the possession at this stage? May Allah give you reward for your time & honest advise (Ameen).
