Malik Riaz is giving 5 lac to each died person in karachi against heat stroke.

He is playing with our money & not focus on GVR Bahria town lahore.

We have invested our hard earned money to his project of Golf View in Lahore and what he is doing??

He is making his numbers in front of world.

Main nay bhee zindagi bhar ke jama shuda poonji Bahria Greens main lage de. Aisa lagta hay Kay yeh raqam doob gaey hay. Bahria Greens Lahore ka door door tak na koi nishan hay aur na he land nazar as rahi hay. Malik Riaz sahib, Khuda Kay liya Bahria Greens file holders ko ya tou plot do ya amount refund kar do. Aap ko Khuda aur Rasool ka wasta, hum gharibon per Taras khao. Aap nay bhee Khuda ko jaan dayni hay.

@ZAHEER; this is the responsibility of Govt. to compensate them not the responsibility of MR.

He is giving them remuneration of our hard earned money which we save from our monthly salary in order to build home and for old age benefits.

@ Ali Government is a total fail all people at the mercy of private projects such as Edhi and Chippa. They provide ambulance and stuff and orphanage but government doesn't do anything.

I agree he is a Con man and have done for many years but then it's us who in the greed of making more promote it. Why do we even invest in Bahria? Those who want to gain quick bucks?

Islamabad should head together and decide to raise
some sort of Jaloos on the roads so that we may put
pressue on BT.

I think BAHRIA & DHA are two well renowned housing societies and big one also.

As far as GVR BT Lahore is concerned One must hold the file at least few couple of months more .in order to get good rates

Still there is a own of 5 to 20 lac for 10 marla files as per location.This is not going to negative as of Bahria Green.

This will be most expensive project of BT Lahore Inshallah.

As for as LRR is concerned on GVR; this is not finally announced by BT. I think MR will deal with Shabaz Sharif in order to resolve this issue.

I think LRR will not pass through BT at any cost.
This will reduce the beauty of whole BT i.e. pollution and traffic noise.

So donot worry about LRR. Be patience. Hold the files of GVR. inshallah this will become Gold one day.

As far as Green is concerned; this is MINUS. No indication of land and even no map.

In case of GVR; map already came and also land indication is available & one can see the land by going there .

There are some pockets of land which they donot acquired yet. Inshallah they will get this soon

I have met with the people last month ftom the village in golf view map, who sold their lands for 87 Lacs per Acre in the village which in between Raiwind road and Nargis Block side of Golf View Residencia.
Ali Riaz Malik has visited many times in this area for supervision and work is in full swing so please hold your files, things are moving very fast, rstes of overall bahria are increasing sharply and hopefully people gonna miss this project tomorrow if they exit now.

Red lined plots will be priced at worst rates in market . It was not your fault to get a bad plot in Prism. But keep sitting on these losers plots by holding them for 5 years will be only your own mistake. If averrage Prism plot will gain 100% in 5 years these red lined plots if Prism stay current and it is not revised your red line plots will gain only 50% bcause these plots are hated by any smart investor. Based on more than a decade experiance I request you to sell or switch location of plots with red lines with better location plots that dont have red or blue lines.


All plots that dont have red or blue lines are ok to hold to buy for new investments in Prism. If your plots in not red or blue. No need to call Lahore Real Estate. Insha Allah you will just do fine. After each ballot lootmar is always seen. You must hold firm and not get scared after looking at boundary location prices and number of plots on sale. Ask your dealer to provoide a corner faccing park large road at low prices and you will understand why I am telling you to stay firm. You are not going to give me shares from gains. Please allow 5 years hold for your plots in Prism to gain it maximimum price % wise than all other DHA Lahore proper phases. Prism is future and due to Lahore Ring road and new development standards and facilities visibale now on map Insha Allah it is going to reward you more than Ivy Green DHA 5 6 7 8. That what I believe rest only Allah know what will happen in 5 years.

i read this, my question is my plot marked with red and blue, both lines are there, some plots have only red lines and some have both blue and red lines? what does that mean red and blue lines both there?

plots having both lines mean that there are chances that might turn into a very good plot after revisions of map or it may not .so there is a risk which its upto u now to hold it or not

Dear Imtiaz Saheb,

I feel that J block is best as far as access to LRR is concerned. Some people has given comments that it is on other end of Phase 9, my take is does it make any difference. LRR access does make lot of difference.
