Demand and supply. It goes up then many seller comes out to sell and rate falls back. There is no news of ballot yet. May be six months.

DHA Multan is on higher side now . Lets assume that by december 2018 it reaches 60 and some one purchases three files now vs 5 files of BWP
DHA Multan ::
DHA Mul file price as of today = 52.75
3 Files Multan = 158.25
Dec-2018 year Multan price total considering 60 each = 180

DHA BWP ::

DHA BWP file price as of today= 29
5 Files as of today=145
Dec-2018 year BWP price total considering 37 each=185

Choice is yours BWP is excellent buy as of now . Multan was excellent last year

CGT on sale of property.
Dear LRE Staff !

I bought a 5 Marla file in DHA Prism in 2014 and sold it after balloting (after 2.5 years) in march-2017. My questions are:

1. Do i have to pay CGT on profit ?
2. I have born loss against investment in stocks during last FY.can this loss be adjusted against gains made in property sale?
3. in FY previous to last FY i lost some investment in property...can that be adjusted too ?

No, you'd have to pay Gain Tax on selling property before 3 years

Yes, no CGT if property is being sold 3 years after the purchase, if it's sold before the 3 years mark then CGT has to be paid. 1% for Tax filer and 2% for non filer.

Dear All,

Any brother who can suggest good makes (Chinese and European) for electrical fittings to be used in house. Some people suggest Clipsal and some suggest TJ-Chinese to use. What is the expert opinion and which fittings to be used.

Best chinese brand can be considered Clipsal. Being kept in mind that you must purchased from authorised dealers with Warranty.
