Dear CMY
Please give information on EMMAR's launching on 8th Jun 2008. What is minimum cost of their town house. How is this investment?
They have invited me to attend this ceremony but with cheque book.

Emaar has a policy of not disclosing price before the lauch day. They will disclose price on 8th June. All other details can be read on their website.

This is one of the best marketing technique to keep you on your toes by not exposing themselves. You may also try this anywhere you will find many being attracted. This however is practised with the children who become curious for most unvalueble things but hidden in the hand of their father and mother. It is known as a childish approach. People may land into new scam. I wish they should not do this to Pakistani people as we have already seen so many. They must announce the cost before the selected people attend the lunch hand over the cheques to them blindly |

I think prices wil start from 1.25 crore for 10 to 12 marla houses. I think for living this will be a very good investment. |

1 crore 30 lakh. Rupees.
Direct from somebody who was there. Area was less than 10 marla. Location also quite away from RWP/ISB and away from model home location. |

IF I PURCHASE FILE FOR DHA 9/10. AFTER THAT HOW MUCH WILL BE THE CHARGES ONE HAS TO PAY FOR TRANSFER AND DEVELOPMENT CHARGES HOW MUCH AND WHEN?
SUPPOSE FILE VALUE NOW IS RS 16.75 LAKS
HOW MUCH DEVELOPMENT CHARGES AFTER THAT AND WHEN????
WHEN DEVELOPEMENT WILL BE COMPLETED??????
HOW MUCH R OTHER CHARGES LIKE TRANFER FEE ETC.

Every one has the right to respectfully disagree.
For everyone’s information purpose only please note that DHA 9/10 and DHA 8 is only to collect money from innocent Pakistanis. If not sure go and see any of DHA phase like 5, 5ext, 6, 6 ext, 7 do you see any thing good to make a house and live there?
"Take my words forget about DHA 9/10 and look forward to see the prices of phase 8 coming to 25 Lacs with no buyer.
Can any one convince to one why the file of DHA 8 is at 40 lacs down from 80 over lacs. Why the price of DHA 9/10 is at 16+ lacs in comparison?
I suggest to buy plot in any society after making sure of the utilities previsions and that no litigation/fraud |

There is only one BIG point to understand,
There is big difference in housing need and "investment need", phse 6 and 7 may stay inhabitable for many years and DHA9/10 may be for decades But overseas Pakistani has lot of surplus money and there is no outlet except realestae. So realestae prices can only fall if some other safe investment option opens. |

Hello Mubashir,
You can check the BOR society Behing Johar shadi hall on the road connecting Canal with Akbar chowk. I think Road name is Maulana shaukat ali road. You can find 3 marla plots there. Also try in IEP town . Although i heared that IEP town prices are getting higher a bit. But may be you can find there 10 marla plot in 7 lacs. Its near to valencia and wapda. on Defence road i think Opposite to DHA rahber. I did't see the IEp town. I have seen BOR. Which is behind johar shadi hall and I think still there are much 3 marla plots yet to be constructed.
There are lot of property dealers there you can check with them. Society roads are quite nice. |

Mr Mubashir u can get 3 marla plot abt 5 lakhs to 5.5 lakhs in Jublee town. It is located on canal side. distance of this society from thokar is abt 12 km. |

Better you see it in Juble town. I think you can get a 5 marla plot in this range in Jublee town. It is Adjacent to izmir. You can check any dealer or you can see some previous ad. There was a person who was selling hs plot in Jublee town. Just type jublee town in search section upside in left corner and you can approach all the jublee town ads theer. Its very hard to find a 5 marla plot in this range anywhere elase or you can check T&T. Or if you can pay more. You can go for izmir extension. Very nice developed society they are developing the extension area having small plots. But i think origional plot price was 8 laks and with own you will get it in 11 or 12 lacs. But you need to check |
