It's learnt that Dha is considering to convert a part of main boulevard both sides open plots as commercial area

Dha is considering to allow the allotted to retain the ownership on payment of 5-6 million as commercialisation fee. So they can have half of the plot as commercial.

Anyone else got this news Plz comment.
