I am constructing a 10 marla house in Bahria. My builder is asking me for 80 lakh complete construction including covered and uncovered area. Since I am not an expert, I often feel like I am a fool and giving away too much money. The builder claims he only keeps 5 lakh as profit and I said OK, keep it, as everyone keeps some. And he claims the rest 75 lakh will simply go to construction. Grading is A though. But isnt it too much? Or is it OK?
Also, if one constructs a 10 marla A category house in Bahria himself, how much does it cost then?

If construct yourself by keeping only labour on contract you will save atleast 20 lakhs but it requires your time and efforts |

Jitnay muuh utni batain... search on Youtube as well as talk to people. It seems alright but in end no one except you can care for your money. He might use it all in honesty and he might waste some or he might in end ask you for more. Don`t leave a project blindly on one person. Make a point to visit daily at least. |

For A class construction cost is 3000+ per square feet. Usually 10 marla cover area is square feet.
Everything is getting expensive on daily basis due to $ rate. |

you or some one on your behalf must continue to visit site progress. if u are outside, hire an auditor to visit weekly or bi weekly atleast. please do not leave unattended and think in 6-8 months you will get key |
