Dha Bhawalpur currently on half price of
Dha Multan.
What future holds.i have seen in
Dha Peshawar and Lahore ph 9
prices shoot after ballot to 1 crore plus easily but this trend not seen in Multan and Bhawalpur beside these both cities have more potential buyers than what in Peshawar and Quetta has as population of punjab in 12 crore.
I think when first house start constructing this yearin Dha Bhawalpur prices will start recovering and installment
files will have good on amount.
Dha Multan in one year hand over few blocks posession but having 23 sectors and 50k plots may take time more than Dha bhawalpur.
