Best and safe place in Lahore
I want to ask friends on this web site , which society is the best in terms of both investment / home construction in the budget of 40 lac [only for 1 kanal land].
Bahria / Sukhchain / Nespak / Valencia / Wapda.
As I am new in this sort of sale and purchase, I want to know what is the legal status of the file of society. e.g If I purchase a plot in Bahria, I will get registered in the Bahria town society. But I wont have any record in the goverment of Pakistan. If some how , Bahria runs away, what will happen to my investment. You guys may think that this is a foolish question but as a new entry in this sale, I have a doubt. and u know, investment of plot is a heavy investment so no body wants to get is wasted.

Dear Faqeer Bhai,
Valencia, NFC and Wapda town are very good if you want to construct a house right away, but in terms of investment I dont see too much growth in the present prices here. Bahria and Sukh Chayn should see some growth in the future and you can even build a house a house right away if you are fine with living that far. You can also consider Lake City.
It seems you are more interested in this area otherwise in this budget DHA Phase 7 is best both in terms of future growth and living. |

Nespak 1 / Valencia / Wapda. are v good for immediate living and Bahria / Sukhchain also good but bit away from city. All these societies have better record than Registry or LDA record system. There is no worry about that. |
