I completely agree with Mr. Mohsin. Demand of Mr. Humayun Aziz is quite reasonable. In block F2 people are even demanding 50 to 52 lacks of 10 M plots. Mr. Willing your assessment is very old. Try to update your information. Thanks and have a nice day.
