Is 10 marla file 56 lakh? As when checked with LRE Team for selling they quoted 53 lakh.

In that case need to update the rates on web or no point to upload if its not the true rate

It is always like this , when u go for selling, it is 1-2 lac lesser and when u go for buying, it is 1-2 more . Don’t know where the gap goes : an innocent question:)

Prices are coming down and down. The next support price is at 40. Considering the size of the project and the speed of dha’s claims about so called fast track development in one other famous dha project, it’s previous reputation on dha city and dha Islamabad, oversupply of so many plots and development expectation not in one decade, it is quite visible that it may even fall down below 40 and if there is recession, it might be available at as low as 35 as well ....

@ Shahzad, timings of entry and exit is very important. Prism is good gainer and very sound project but those who entered in 2007 at 40 plus lac have no big gains. There is no doubt Multan is good project but entry time for this project would be few months after ballot. It looks ballot will not come next 12 months. DHA was interested to sell their instalment files on higher rate that is achieved. Now DHA focus is not on land pocket clearance but on expanding and getting maximum land.
original plan was for 3 full and 6 partial villages. I have picture and try to upload where full villages are yellow and partial as green but now DHA is expanding to next 5 more villages. Efforts to clear pockets are not made. Please go to google earth and see how many green patches are there in DHA multan areas where still Mango orchards stand intact.

Like I said earlier, file rates will keep moving up and down a few lakhs. That has been the case for last few months.

45 lakhs is a very strong barrier to fall under, and will only happen if crash happens in overall market.

Additional villages clearance is a good sign about the attraction of the project. People are beginning to get beyond the mental block of investing outside Lahore.

The new villages don't necessarily have to be part of Phase 1, they can become Phase 2 or Phase 1 Extension.

I will disagree with shazad qamar and foresure agree with habib sb it is always demand and supply thing. If lahore market is stangant multan will definitely lose its price with passage of time.

Zahid bro, pockets are not a big issue. Look at prism map and enjoy the pockets with 1K still at 125-150 without any significant development. DHA Mul size is huge and no doubt it is oversupply but look at the rates bro. With development charges 1K for ~67-68 that too available for construction in less than 6-8 years time is extremely cheap. Dont forget, Multan's economical conditions although not at par with Lahore but still much much better than most of other cities where 1k is above 1.5-1.7 crore.
