Dear Forum Members,

Please help me to found a housing society in low budget with installments for myself because I am a salary person in a private institution.

I am worried due to high prices of property in Lahore. I want to built a home for my poor family after my retirement in 2021.

I know well that you are mostly rich persons on the forum but I hope I shall get good guideline from you INSHALLAH. JazakAllah.

I remember CMY has spoken rarely / sometimes about property schemes around JalloMore (near Wahga Border Lahore). One of very poor relative has been renting temporarily in that area on that part of Lahore (G T Road). I heard of couple of property scheems in that area e.g. MashaAlllah Schemes, Bismillah Schemes etc. around G.T Road towards Jallormore / Wahga Border.

I'm just wondering if LRE / CMY or anyone know hows that area helping to buy 5 marla plot in minimum budget possible as I have limited / tight resources. It will be helpful if you guide me if I can buy it for that needy family around that part of Lahore. Really appreciate your assistance. Budget is really tight to 20 Lac to buy developed plot so it could be constructed as soon as possible so poor family won't pay high rent and can save money on renting once house is built.

Asalam Dear Experts,
I had saved little money as I am a student here to buy a file for 8-marla plot for my family on installments and have paid five installments for 8 marla file plot in Bahria Orchard low cost scheme in Lahore. But till now I have heard nothing about this sceheme. When I bought this file, Bahria office people said that there will balloting of the files within a month time for Bahria Orchard scheme, but I get no news. Please tell me shall I keep paying installment or stop paying it, because this sceheme is dead then please tell me, because I have very limited resources as I pay for my own expenses and try to save some money for this file. I will eagerly wait for your expert opinion and advise.
