Gents please any body can rate the following with regard of Security point of view which one is better for living in lahore.
1- Bahria town (A Sector or B Sector or C Sector)
2- Sukh Chain Garden
3- DHA (Phases)
4- DHA (EME or Rahbar)

Please help me to finalize my final decision towards by plot for my own residence.

Dear Ali,

If your priority is only the security then my humble advise would be to go for any phase in DHA. DHA phase 5 & 6 are equally good and safe.

Is it worth holding?
I visited the site.Development seems good but it is miles and miles out of Lahore

Distance is not a matter any more, when you visited the site you must have seen the large number of houses under construction in Bahria Town. Your plot is worth between 13-18 lac, I say hold it for just for one more year its price will go up by 50-70% or may be more.

Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phase 9 files can now be merged into Bahria Town Rawalpindi Overseas blocks. At current price levels in Phase 9, Overseas Pindi plotsā€™ remaining cost will now be reduced by 45% to 50%.
