Experts Opinion Needed

AOA,
I need help regarding Bankers Avenue Cooperative Housing Scheme (Located on Bedian Road, Adjacent to DHA Lahore Phase-7). I ask from LRE team, property experts and from those who are living / dealing in this society, whether its good to buy 10 Marla plot there for immediate house construction? My budget is around 3 Millions. Suggest any other good housing schemes with possession plots available for immediate house construction.

Go for Army Welfare Trust (AWT-2) housing Phase 2. Still reasonably in reach and fully developed, next to Ring Road Inter change at Adda Plot. Already ppl living( 150-200 families) and many more houses under construction.Do not listen to dealers just go to visit ur self and decide.

AOA,
I am planning to buy 10 Marla plot in low budget societies. My bidget is max. 4 millions. I have sorted out following three options:
1. Khayaban-e-Amin
2. Bankers Avenue Co-operative Housing Scheme (on Bedian Road adjacent to DHA-7)
3. IEP Engineers Town
I am confused which option to choose. Any one here who has current / previous experience of living there or buying plots in these housing societies please share their valuable experience and honest opinions about these societies.
Further, please give me a fair idea of 10 Marla possession plot prices in these societies?

I will suggest you to buy plot in LDA Avenue 1 in J,M,D block.

Ms. Aneela, I will advice you to buy an eight marla plot in Bahria Orchard Phase 3. Bahria Have a better infrastructure and management to maintain the society.

Avoid any society without NOC, Orchard has many unapproved, so better check before buying otherwise govt can build a road on your house in future.

If you want to buy for constructing a house on that plot, i would suggest Bahria Orchard Phase 1. You can buy an 8 marla plot here within your budget. And the infrastructure of Bahria is better than any other society.

Mr. Otpmist, Mr. Jameel or any other experts. I am silent reader of this forum and first of all would like to praise your knowledge about Lahore properties. I have a question:

I visited phase 7 recently and noticed that the road "avenue 14" is a double road with service roads, it is starting from 13th avenue and going towards Nala. At Nala, there is a dead end of this 14th avenue road.

I want to ask, will this road remain as it it (dead end at Nala) or there are any plans about it that it will connect to some other main road. I will appreciate your rely. Thanks in advance.

If Bridge made This Road will Lead to a a pocket of Land Between Bankers Avenue and Karbath Village.
As of Current status this Road is dead at nallah there no Corresponding Major road across the Nallah.
But Banker's Avenue will be more interested in this Bridge than DHA

I guess it is Bankers Avenue,a Bank of Punjab Employees Society, next to DHA Phase 7. I visited this society earliet this year I was in Pakistan. It was pretty developed.

Another Scheme "Acro Green from www.acrodevelopers.com" launched at old Bankers Avenue Society.

Seems peoples show no interest in Eden Point so Bankers avenue need to launch another scheme .

If its price is high the main reason is that it is adjacent to DHA. There is a rapid development. Roads, Water tankers, road lights and plot demarcation is almost done.

Sorry dears .. i did not know about this thread and opened another one for the same topic. Anyhow I have checked today and their email bounces back. I am also interested to know about this scheme but their site does not contain relevant details. If any one in Pakistan knows, about Plot Size, Prices, Payments plans, we shall appreciate.

I think that the price seems a little high but it is just right due to the development done there and the around the society. The location is just great. I am owner of two 5 Marla plots and a 8 Marla Plot there. I need to sell the 5 marla plots due to some urgent need of cash as I am constructing my farm house close to this scheme; but I will surely buy plots there again to keep. If anyone is interested please let me know at .
