10 Marla - New House

Dear All,

I am planning to buy 10 Marla newly constructed house close to airport in Lahore. It can be DHA, Askari, Ex-Air Avenue, Park View or any other but good society. Security is a major concern while selecting any option.

Range is around 10-12m. Please share your experience and also guide me what to look for in terms of quality of construction etc etc...

It's true that the Divine Developers plan to install web cam(s) on site of Divine Gardens so that construction pace can be watched live throughout the world. This is an innovative idea as far as Pakistani real estate is concerned and other developers should also do the same for the satisfaction of their customers.

I will have to check it with management. If its not in plan yet I will strongly request them to install live web cams if possible. Divine Gardens site looks great with 100s of people working on these houses. Divine also offer your elders to lay your own first brick and you can keep check on your house progress. These are few great things no other developer is offering in Pakistan.

I must say thanks to management for starting house construction on such a large scale to complete most houses well before promised delivery time. So far management have been very good to people that booked houses and are well above our own expectations. We were very sad to see other large developers delaying their projects constructions for no valid reasons.

We have seen best materials used in Divine Gardens in steal work, sewerage plus plumbing, electrical and wood work and very good quality control of workmanship is also in place. Teams of architects are closely watching progress on hourly basis. Designs are already so popular that many large builders and new house seekers are copying them in their houses.

Spanish Villas

Divine Gardens Spanish Villas are two villas constructed on a 10 Marla plot, one on ground level and other on upper level with separate entrances. The current booking prices for these Spanish Villas set by Divine Developers are 62 Lacs for lower villa, i.e. on ground floor with covered area of 2076 Sq. Ft., and 57 Lacs for upper villa with covered area of 2195 Sq Ft. These villas are available with payment option of quarterly installment for 3 years. The down payment with booking is 15% of the total price. First installment after 3 months from booking is 10% of total price.
