I am an overseas Pakistani and want to construct my home in Lahore. I recently watched Sukh Chayn Gardens video. It looks so green and peaceful environment to make house there.

Bahria Canal and Orchard is safe. DHA EME and Sukh Chain also good for living in peaceful safe environment. Lahori better know these societies. No doubt about it.

As per my experience , Bahria Canal, I am living there from almost last 4 years and never regret the decision moving to Bahria. Good Society to live.. sector B and C are recommended.

DD sb, if it is for home or long term then hold it, 3rd part of LRR will have a positive impact on it, but it will take time.
People were happily living in these areas without LRR, LRR is not the solution for every thing. However for investment point of view we should follow the trend to certain extent.

And how do you compare Sukh chayn gardens against Phase 8 z-block/Ivy green and Phase 7 z-block. I am genuinely seeking a plot to build a house for my own living.

Phase-7 z block is ready for construction. Partial possession is given. Phase-8 z-block Ivy Green is under development & its possession would be available in 3-4 years.

1- If you are willing to construct home swiftly - SukhChyan will be a good option. Prices are already at peak and it will not give you handsome ROI

2- If you have 1-2 years margin go for Dha P7. This property still have appreciation margin.

3- Phase 8 z block is a long terms investment and you have to wait minimum 5 years +

Awesome place to live so far. Small Society with double side entrance and lot of greenery, gated and 24 hour security. Due to smallness easy connection with management for any issues.

It is not a good society.it is private LTD and not cooperative society. Management not good and charging more to live there. Above all very congested with small roads. you feel suffocation there. Baharia town much bigger and spacious with all Ameneties.

Mr Ali sukh chyen is good society to live with 24 hours security. D , E and B blocks are good to build a home. If you compare it with Bahria town then Bahria is quite ahead than suck cheyn regarding amenities. You can find good schools, college, medical college, banks, super stores, resturants and other commercial shops and famous brand outlets in Bahria but not in sukh chyen so far. Mr yasir Butt is quite rite living standard in bahria is really good as comapre to sukh chyen. Rest all is up to you.
