It is Not Possible to sell a
Plot by Power of Attorney, It is also Prohibited in LDA and DHA .In Past it used to be done, Advisable is to Finish a Token and deal and Come for few days to transfer a Plot.
As Market is Not Going up and Down very Fast so a bit delay will not cause an issue.

dear sir if you want steady, peacful and solid gains buy one kanal good location
Plot in Prism, in sha Allah double than this price ( a very careful and pessimistic figure)
and if you can manage to cope with fluctuations, surprises, delays, invest in DHA Files, despite fluctuation good jumps will keep coming on each leap
1 DHA Multan
2 DHA Bahawalpur
3 DHA Gujranwala

will give much more than double on possession

plot in "A" block PRISM. If you have budget still available price is good to go for 3 to 4 years investment. You can also look into P,Q,D,C,G,F,H good locations in PRISM as well. But hopefully A,B,C has an edge of underpass comming from phase 5.
"In shaa ALLAH" expectations of good PRISM boost is expected near Eid as well. According to my sources dealers are again active for buying in PRISM.
Tip: Try to buy on GOOD Location. Its your hard earned money try your level best to think hard & Invest in good projects.

There is lot of Contradictory discussing about
Lake City, Just to Inform the audience I will give a summary here what is fact.
First to all need to understand it Location. As all Know it is on Raiwind Road and have Interchange of LRR just at its door step there is no big society till date who got Maximum benefit of LRR next will be prism or Possibly LDA City, But one should not forget the Raiwid By Pass Road which passes on side of Valencia and reaches directly on Lake city. To me this is even more important Than Raiwind Road. There are Alas 2 Medical Colleges 2 Engineering Universities and two dental Colleges Just with in 3,4 KM radius,
After Initial High Booking and transfer rate Lake City made a comeback in 2015 when On Ground plots reached double to triple price just in a year. Based on that there was lot of Speculation Buying and selling by dealers and after improvement in price Lake city was able to get more Land and New Blocks were announced.
Is it Over Priced as Of Now M2 and M3 Kanal are Cheaper and are hooverig 100 to 115 Lac, Keep in Mind developed Possession and all those Facilities and access Roads which are not Market Trend. M2A and M3A smaller Plots are bit expensive but no one Can deny the fact that they have best location.
What about new Booking? If you see the prices of Existing Plots these Booking are Cheaper and have good margin to grow,
What is not good here/
This not a good investment for speculative buyers or people who wanted to Book for quick Money, as to get a buyer in Market at premiums they need good overall market trend. On the the other hand they have no money to pay due installments and have hefty fines by Lake City, These are the issues which are causing distaste in Many Bloggers and they keep writing negative about Lake City.
On the other hand my opinion is all gains by Lake city are justified and it is good only for end users . Even if you go for on ground Plot you will not lose and you buy a Plot on installment for intension to Own a plot you will not lose.
I will not comment on Commercial as it is not 2+2=4 science , There are many factors which lead to plus and minus but Keep in Mind they are highly dependent on Market trend, You should Calculate your Odds before jumping into that.

balloting and result announced after 6 days with completly manipulation and shocked the investers confidence very badly. Don't believe any word of dha multan otherwise you will deceive yourself. Be careful.

3 main Things to be Considered Seepage of Bath, Roof and Level From the Road, If there is Good seepage then can make house Malba in Just few Years,
If None of these factor then based upon renovation at the end of 5 year 80% of 100, in 10 years 50% of 100 and in 25 years if good live able condition 25% of 100 Usually 25 to 30 ys Old Houses are sold at
Plot Price in that area.

i think
Lake city plot holders should wait until Ring Road opens, which is probably this August. There is another boom awaiting for Raiwind Road properties after Ring Road is inaugurated. Properties on Raiwind Road still have lots of margin to gain compared to DHA/Prism. The distance between Prism & Raiwind Road will be like 10 mins, hence a huge chance for Raiwind Road Properties to gain, especially on ground plots.

It is good to notice that DHA Multan own being offered by potential buyers has gone significantly down during the last week. For example, own being offered for 8 marla commercials was mentioned as 36 lacs on LRE website 4 days ago compared to 28 lacs today. This is declining own is a very good news for genuine long term buyers as it will reduce their upfront cost significantly and improve their potential returns. I personally believe genuine buyers should still wait for another two weeks or more and may get even better deals because selling pressure will keep increasing as the deadline for downpayment of 15 July approaches. good luck to all

i wrote long back that
DHA multan commercial rates are unjustified and at least 25 lakh over priced. Adding own to it will again be further negative for investor. So owns for commercial should definitely fall and even residencial owns would fall at least fpr 1 kanal and 8 10 marla near dow payment. My personal opinion only could be wrong but lets see as Multan is huge project and they should not have launched 6000 acre at once

yes it is true not all Blocks but some areas of these Blocks.
But again Mortgage does not mean that these belong to LDA, it never happened that LDA Took over but yes in Market they are sold at less
price is an issue but not big, usually these plots are 15% Cheaper than other Plots, Many people have homes in IEP and Chinar Bagh Mortgage Blocks and Living happily

LDA does not pass
maps of mortgage plots and some time demolish construction on it. I am also effected of a 3 marla mortgage commercial plot in BOR society near jinnah hospital. I hesitated to give 50000 bribe in 2005 and later on in 2011 was ready to offer 5 lac but at that time no one Lda official accepted offer due to hard policies.
Total expected loss which I had to bear is 30 million in terms of 13 years rent price hike of construction cost etc...

Although my plot increased from 1.2 million value to 8.1 million
