IEP sec A main access road is under construction now a days from
Valencia main road upto iep main 150 . It was a missing patch and now a days work is on full swing by LDA and will be completed in a Month . I think this will help IEP alot

I think DHA Rahber Commercial will be under pressure 1,2 Years. Further fall may stop but appreciation chances are dismal.
IEP did not get that extreme Hype and possible that it will slowly gain, But as Buyers have disappeared somewhere so only True Home Makers may be interested, IEP will have Little or No Correction but again price appreciation in 1,2 Years will be less Likely No Matter what happens.

Actually insider like CMY can guide better, He gets the Feed Back from real deals if at all happening these days, I am already seeing some revision in demands especially in Phase 8, Thanks God Prism Kanal Market demands are stable. However Transections are Zero. Smaller Plots demands have decreased by 15%. { In spite of the fact that these were minimally affected by Taxation and FBR Issue]
All depends what major stake holders take Position if they will sell then Cash is expected.
People who are not long term holders should track the demands of other similar properties and get assessment. Long term holders Like 5 to 7 years Plus Need Not to worry
