Thinking to buy Bahria Orchird Phase 4 1 kanal plot on installments payable in 26 months for total price of aprox 81 lakhs. Would like to know if the land is available already with Bahria Town? Does this price of aprox 81 lakhs already included development charges? And most important, what would be future prospects in aprox 2, 3 years of time?

Recentely studied & visited this project named bahria Orchird 4. By looking into details & map of Bharia Orchid 4 seems like a good project even better to say better than Orchid phase 1,2,3. As it is adjecent to phase 1&2 main gate
Being attached with Orchird 3 via 150'ft road. This is my first experience to visit Orchird allready visited Bahria town before but having a keen eye on Orchid it seems like better than other projects of Bharia. Reasons for my conclusion is it is based on only 1 kanal & 10 marla residentials no small units like 5,8 marla residentials. ( you can also see you tube of bahria Orchid 4 )
Few units of 5& 8 marla commecials
& like around 240 units of one kanal residentials
Development already started there & map is enleashed
1 kanal is allready @ own around 2.5 to 3 lac
While 10 marla is negotiable and has more potential to grow.
Location is excellent while land is acquired but still people are more charismatic in on ground options of Bharia.
I am not sure but I think that development charges are included in plan. But you may contact bahria Orchid office for further details.
In nut shell seems like Investor attraction in near Future. If your holding is 2 to 3 years good plan to buy.
Its your hard earned money do your own search and think hard to Invest in any project. People here usually dont like my views because I tried to speak truth & what I saw and feel for myself.
