Dear Jawad (LRE),
You gave me the following estimates for my plots
:
J 477 around 38 to 40 Lacs
J 1074 around 35 to 36 Lacs
(Both Plots with current installments paid).
First of all, I would like to know how did you come up with these figures. Secondly, the prices you quoted me are 2-3 lakh less than what I got from other two agents. I also saw an ad on Zameen for plot J1075 demanding 41 Lakh.

I would like to second it. When I asked for an estimate of Phase-7 CCA-3 Commercial 04 Marla the estimate was about 10-15 Lacs less than the market value. |

@Farooq,
There is a difference in "Demand" & "Selling Price". People can make crazy demands. Couple of days back i saw two ads for same plot with asking prices 33 lacs & 40 lacs in K block. |
