Could you please mention the reason for 7 to 8 lac difference? Both have pos and cons. K310 close to centre and chance that I will end up a centrally located. K155 next to corner but very close of factory which has no chance for improvement. |
Asad LREŽ replied on Sunday, April 23, 2017 11:50 AM dear Mr Ali sir first i didnt evaluate K310 our senior member Mr Jawad said it should be like 67-68 lacs actual current worth and asking price are two different things, any owner can ask any price which he thinks is ok like you can ask for, say, 70 lacs which seems ok and you'll get serious offer somewhere in between, if genuine buyers are there but if you start asking 75 lacs you'll have to wait for any reasonable offer we dont have any control on owners, just list the plot and try to get best possible offer if seller needs money, he sells even below market and sometimes owners just checking/calculating their worth "chaska" to feel good, they ask higher price value quoted by Mr Jawad should be a "fair value" where it should be traded, owners try to get maximum price, buyers try to get minimum price we just facilitate both for a better price, win win situation @observer, respected sir do you think DHA Multan and DHA Bahawalpur will get only "double" gains in 3 years? and keep in mind the gentleman has one 5 marlas plot and one 10 marlas plot, by switching he can have two Multan 1 kanal files 2 BWP files and 1 MLT file that can get him much more than these 10 marlas and 5 marlas plots because one kanal plot is a regular size and is placed at reasonable/normal location whereas 10 marlas and 5 marlas plot generally dont have good location regards Asad |
