Hi all
I am one of the best amateurs to make a comment as I have invested myself in both projects around the same time, last May.

DHA Multan purchased around 32.5 now worth around 49
Profit margin = 16.5

PRISM 5 Marla near K-1097 purchased around 35 now worth around 42-43. Plz consider that I have paid 5 instalments, so total investment is 38.75
Profit margin 43-38.75 = 4.25

DHA Multan clearly has outperformed Prism in last one year and I believe it will do the same for atlast few more years.
What's experts comment on it...!!!!

Dha Multan is best option after Prism un real estate sector, Real gains are about to start in Prism, LRR, Phase 5 underpass are going to operational this year, Phase 6 D block underpass is about to start along with widening of Bedian road. All these Major devlopments will soon factor in.
Cmy said 5 Marla in Prism will be 80 plus after 3 years.
Dha multan will be 100 plus.
Still lahore Factor cannot be neglected

when a project gains too much it becomes over priced examples
NFC-2, central park, chinar bagh etc. seems to be over priced at present and DHA multan as well till start of development

What is the ROI in % in DHA Multan and Bahawlpur in next three years.
