This is the time to keep an eye on your favourite property areas wrt to price variations and start hunting them near the forthcoming elections as there may be another rally of price hike in case sitting government come into power again which is most probable. I have been monitoring the property prices situation for the past three elections and every time after election there is a strong rally. Whilst no obvious reason than mere more certainty in terms of political landscape appears to be the main cause behind such rallies. Good luck!! |
