Multan will continue to give (in worst case) 10 lakhs return on average every year for much longer, better annual returns if progress is better. On investment of under 50 lakh, very good cash cow. Nothing in Lahore at this price at this entry point which gives net 20% annual returns. And not required to switch investment after 1 or 2 years. |
