Dear Friends AOA
I have a 10 Marla plot in DHA . I am planning to construct it .I have very limited budget of 35 Lakhs . Please guide me the construction approximate charges for single story . My plan is to construct single story liveable . I do not consider paint now . I also want to make only one washroom ready for now , so that my family can move in . We can get it fully completed later on . 35 Lakhs is my maximum budget . Please advise .

rana sab you can construct single story house with two beds two baths drawing,dining launge in 25 lax easily.my sister constructed single story house in uet society with three bed baths drawing dining big tv lounge with A grade material in 40 lax. |
