I plan to build a 5-marla house in RWP with 4 stories and 8 units (for 8 families) of 2.5 marla each to maximize rent acquisition. Covered area will come to around 5,500 sq ft approximately.
I want to build a strong and durable structure with very BASIC finishing suitable for rent.
Please guide me about the per sq ft construction cost.
