We built 6 Marla plaza A class in phase 4 with 5 floors fir about 1.5-1.6 crore including a lift for 16 lac

I am a doctor in USA , I was giving you estimate from my brothers plaza construction
There are lot of good builders who can build one for u inshallah
Cpm builders in FF dha phase 4 ( ch Ashfaq ) is very nice guy who helped my brother
If u interested give him a call and get quotes from others too to compare

Hi there, I m making my Plaza on 17 Marlas in Bahria Town near Mosqe, Its near to complete. I m really happy with my builder thr whole process.

There are many factors, which needs discussions, Like labour rate, inc material. Drawings before calculate the whole price. you can give him call n can have meeting. his Name is Saadat .
