As a matter of fact Property prices in last 10-15 year have only tripled if we compare, peak to peak and trough to Trough. There is Lot of surplus money in Market that gives unrealistic swing and then long slump when money is Pulled Back. If we think it is Slump now then DHA Phase 9 File Price is less than two times that of Phase 6 File price in 2006 ie 12 years back. Both were at same age of development. ie balloted and Files of Pockets available.
There is almost same equation for the Balloted on Map plots, but plots viz to viz cant be Compared as there are so many location variables. . |
