DHA Phase 9 Prism 9 Bad Location Plots Will Be Only Inside These Circles

Need a better Res Map To Point With More Accuracy

Two white area on bottom left are poorly developed GTS housing and Inmol housing schemes. These are NOT villages. Any plot around these two housing project wont be a bad location

Dear CMY if God Forbid any one gets plot in these red circles do u still suggest to hold plot for 3-4 years?

He should sell his plot asap without blinking his eyes and move to a better location by adding little money without wasting time.

Having a bad plot in ballot is bad luck. Keep sitting on it for too many years will be pure negligence and should be a crime :)

This is at least 4 years old map with minor changes. Look at its age with folding marks in the middle for many years.

Apartment buildings and golf course many other things are missing. Roads are on same place but there are few changes.

well why DHA dont give a 25 feet green belt along Nullah and then a 25 to 30' road and then the ressidential area starts..because overall they are providing the facilities that are not present in previous phases...so why not to avoid this "smell area: to make it comfortable for everyone...for investors and for residents......?

I have marked only areas that will be considers a bad location on official DHA Prism map.

Other side of Ring road is Nala so marked it red. All area around villages are market red. Only plots effected by bad boundary is market red. Boundary near developed housing schemes GTG and Inmol is is not bad at all for plots near it.


We must wait for official and clearer map. I cant see plot sizes in here.

There are many bad locations marked on this map by respected CMY. That means bad location plots chances are increased in ballot. Golf course, Theme Park etc are missing perhaps

Plots on other side of ring road are mostly 5 marla and 10 marla only like in DHA8 Y block.

dha is trying to make this phase the best of all...so i think its a valid point regarding green belt and a road before plots line...

Dear CMY Sahib.. My question is how much loss I will sustain if on balloting a bad location one kanal plot is allotted to me which costed me 17+19=36 lacs. I am holding the file for last six years long and now I am being harrased. I am sure I will be gaining in either case and I will go till end.

Zafar saab just chill,,,in your price even if you get a plot inside the village (lolzz) you will still make a very good profit out of it. just relax. but as CMY said if it is in red zone sell it immediately and go for some better option with added money.
