I am going to purchase a plot in DHA phase 7 and this is my first experience in plot purchasing. Please advise if there is any precaution I need to take regarding the property documents. If the property is verified and DHA issues NDC, does it mean that everything is clear?

Yes after NDC you are very safe and dont need any special precautions. |
