Dear Lee team. I want to invest in Bahria town Lahore. My budget is 3 ~ 3.6 million. Only option seems Skinder block. What is experts opinion. Will it be a good decision for two years investment. What would be value after two to three years. Please guide me

if yu want to invest in bahria only then better go for Bahria orchard LCO blocks 8 marla in this budget.

Bahria orchard phase 2 for sale I see most C BLOCK but not much OLC any reason
And also what is development status of phase 2 plz inform.

Bahria Orchard phase2 is very good investment for near future and its development is in full swing, I visited Bahria orchard yesterday.land issues have solved almost.Bahria started development in remaining parts of C block near zoo and monument park on 80ft and 60 ft roads network.OlC is also the part of this development most of the roads completed in A and B Olc. Possession is expected very soon.Food shops and stores are open there in phase 1 and hustle and bustle in the market.It is the time to invest there.

Would you suggest on ground phase 1 10 Marla or phase 2 8 Marla in C block
I want to buy but scared of pocession time for phase 2

Bahria Orchard phase 2 is the best for investment.Do n't worry,Bahria delivers at last.phase 2 has a great potential within One year time period.You should buy 8m in C block for better gain.possession is so near ,it may be after Eid some insiders told me.prices of Lco phase2 will be double almost after possession.

LRE team has given some Plots in Skinder block as. Plot No.35 and 36 at as price of 3.6 millions.

Thanks Mr Awan. Any idea how much is 8 Marla in phase 2 C (non pocession) vs 10 Marla in phase 1 (pocession). This will help in deciding.

Mr.Hassan,in my opinion, if you are interested to buy in Bahria orchard, you should buy 8m lco c block it is better than 10m Marla in phase one.8m price max 35 lac for good location.10m price max 48 lac for location.Future expectations of prices 8m would be 45+ right after possession (v.soon) and 10m 50+ as it gained much.(inshaAllah)
