Bahria Town Lahore,

Dear Sir,

I am an overseas and planning to buy a plot within 6 to 7 million rupees in order to build a house for my family after 3 to 5 years approximately in a safe and secure society of Lahore. Would you advise to seriously consider Bahria Town Lahore? I think sector F has 1 Kanal within 6 – 7m

In Bahria Town Only go for Possession Plots and New Land Take over is in Trouble

Phase 1 10 Marla has pocession
Phase 2 5 and 8 Marla no pocession and some land issues in C block

What will you recommend for investment and future gains.

Taha, for 6 millon or less you can buy a very good location 10M plot in DHA Phase 7 or if you can increase your budget, you can even buy 1 Kanal plot there.
Brother, if you want safe and secure investment with top class living then nothing compares to DHA and Phase 7 will be one of the best places to live in next three to five years. Make your decision after some good research. All the best.

Mr Taha in 7 million U can buy a good location + Possession plot in sec C and E block in bahria town canal road lahore. The living standard in bahria town is much better then any other society in lahore including dha. Infrastructure + meantaince + security + commercial activities r really good. Famous schools, outlets, restaurants etc r activiely working in Bahria town. In short living in bahria town is simply marvelous and matchless. Rest u can do more reasearch by ur own. Best of luck

Honestly I don't have Much Knowledge of Bahria Orchard Block to Block, But I Know some Blocks of Low cost scheme are semi developed in other words Land Issues are solved. So if you find good Price difference in Phase 1 and 2 it is worth investing there. If Price is marginal difference like 20 to 25% I will not go there, Please also take into account the Location of ready Plots is better as far as access to Raiwind Road is Considered. Had they been even ready like Phase 1 the Price should be 25% Less de to Location.

Do look at Fizaia1 with ready to build plots with all facilities. Will be biggest beneficiary of LRR.

Jameel saab always enjoy reading your comments, phase 2 8 marla 30 - 32 lacs avg Phase 1 10 Marla 40 -42 lac avg. so per marla is 4lac avg. I also feel phase 1 Town planning and Entrance to the society is more well planned and open.

@Ahmad Fazaya will be badly divided into 2 pcs with LRR which will be a Highway passing through a small society.

Dear approx 10 people met with bahria officials abt 2 weeks back and discuss the issue. They said they will arrange meeting with land department. But still its not arranged. We have a whatsapp group of sector F. Plz send your number to Ali Hassan (). He will add you in the group. Currently we are 46 members.
