What about the future of Golf View Residencia project of Bahria Town Lahore. This will be affected by Lahore Ring Road?? If yes then any body has an map on which pointing has been done that will show which plots will be affected.

Brother Ali most real estate dealers in bahria town are of opinion the only 400 series 10 marla plots on the southern side of GVR might get affected by LRR. I physically visited the site and observed that development on northern side has already started by bahria. country club building in GVR is under construction and concerned expertise have been hired to develop golf course. recently bahria has also acquired about 85 acres of land in GVR. i personally feel that GVR will develop as per the proposed plan but may take longer like 2 to 3 years- thanks

As per my information Ring road will affect Northern part of Golf View Residencia, then it will have interchange alongside nargis block, very serious impact on Tulip Extension, initial numbers of Jinnah block, it will bisect Rafi and Iqbal block and then above 100 ft road of Overseas B extension all will be under Lahore ring road.

My plot is in Northern Zone in 605 to 610 series

I've checked the map of GVR; the 400 series along the southern zone seems to be correct as it is exactly aoross the boundry and this will not affect the golf course but will affect 10 marla plots.
