I have a question. If LRE or any experienced person can reply. In DHA, can a construct my house up to grey structure and leave it for some time, say 1 or 2 years and then complete it. Because I do not have sufficient money to complete the house at one time. Thanks.

As far as I know, you can leave grey structure unfinished for long. However what you can do is to build the ground floor first, and then later whenever you want, construct the fist floor.
