Its not corner ring road is not very far although the ring road exit is a bit far, the only good thing is that its a bit near a park.
Oh and yes since you are not very fond of grave yard, so that is not anywhere close to your plot.
So in my view its Okay a location 5/10.

Ass, your plot 1628J is above average and after 4 plots there is park as well.
