Shahzad, Would You tell What are expected development charge for DHA Multan, I may estimate will be around 20, Second thing is are they interested in opening Transfers in Lahore DHA Office if not why??

DHA Multan development charges would be 17.5 Lakhs according to their website.

DHA Promised 3.5 years after January 2016, that means July 2019,
Rest only Allah knows better what will happen in future.

Right after ballot(highly likely in march 2017)plots will be traded at 55-65 lac depending on location as per CMY

Prices quoted by LRE are 42.5 and 43.5 for dha multan while the DHA Multan website puts it at 45.0 ??????

DHA multan is an exceptional project. The have to officially launch it now. I think the purpose of showing price is also to boost market and create suitable environment for official launch.

DHA multan 1k at 45+19 dc = 64
Prism 10Marla file at 53+13 dc =66
10 marla in Lahore (DHA) is far far better than 1 kanal in Multan!!!!

Prism is quite ahead in as it has surpassed the following stages : 1.'introduced',
2. 'launched',
3. 'inaugurated',
4. 'on-map',
5. has started 'development'
is being boosted by RING ROAD construction, orange line and above all LAHORE FACTOR !!!

It has been already mentioned many times that there is no comparison of DHA Multan and Prism,
In Short term if its confirmed that DHA Multan is going to launch within 1-2 months, then there is no better option than this in short Term.
However Risk is always for stagnant/prices little down if management do delay again.

Real_observer: you are comparing apple and oranges really. 10 marla in dha lahore ph 9 against 1 kanal in dha multan ph 1? Dha multan any day! Why? Well demand and supply! How many dha plots are available in Lahore? Well thousands in many phases... There is so much supply and on demand side ppl r living there already... In Multan its 1st phase ...
2ndly whats the price of equivalent plots nearby both? 10 marla plot having actual possession in state life ph 1 available near 70 lacs easily having much better location than 10 marla ph 9 dha lhr. While 1 kanal plots in Buch villas and other societies near dha multan are around 1 crore.... So can you see where's the potential?
I can go on and on about the differences in comparing prices of 2 different cities but hope you get the picture... Well why not compare multan with dha ph 8 in karachi where 1 kanal non possession plot is 5 crore?

Khurram....invester always thinks about profit and on investment... when one can get much better return by investing the same amount, why would he act emotionally towards dha multan n not buy prism!
After 5-7 years, dha multan(if developed) will touch the level of so called buch villas price(1.25 crore) whereas
Prism 10 marla( which is quite certain to get developed in next 5-7 years) will touch the price of phase6/8 i.e. 1.75 crore!

No comparison between prism and dha multan both are different cities altogather and have unique importance. comparing Dha multan with wapda town multan makes sense but with dha lahore does not

An average kanal plot in dha multan will surely be more than 1 crore in 3 to 4 years. no doubt

Prices in wapda town Multan phase 1 are 1.5 to 2 crore with low standard development and very little amenities compared to DHA's standards.
Dha Multan will definitely be more pricey than 2 crore.

@real_observer phase 6 delivered plots with nearby occupancy 10 marla are available in 130-150 lacs - how come u have calculated DHA multan against current price and prism 10 marla against projected inflated price after posession 5-6 years.
true comparison will be with wapda town multan - phase 2 - where one kanal prices are 140-200 lacs depending on the location.
