@AhmetKildir, in the post instead of name you have to type your number like + +971--------. The system will recognize the number and your name will appear instead of numbers. Don't forget to put + sign otherwise your typed numbers will appear!

I shall be obliged if LRE Experts evaluate my extremely good located plot in dha prisom # 856 B one kanal.As I am a retired person and not be able to meet its development charges, planning to get 10 marla plot here and rest amount be utilised domestically.

Depressed to know this evaluation.in my opinion it should be in between 85 lacs to 90 lacs.wish I could get this. Any how thanks.

It could have been 90+ lacs if it weren't the close proximity to the garveyard.

I think in crore deal 2/3 lac plus minus is normal. And figures given by LRE is 'AROUND'.

There's nothing new here. Just clarifying that the 'winners' can re-sell the plot immediately after paying the downpayment. Balance payments shall be due on the new buyer. Deferred means 'delayed' - it refers to the balance of payments that follow the downpayment.

Brothers I got this information from DHA Lahore web site. The deferred payment refers remaining 75% of plot price after payment of dow payment.

It means now plot can be transferred by paying down payment only and remaining installments buyer can pay. Earlier rule was that plot can be transferred after clearing all dues.
So this is good incentive by DHA.
