Dear Mr. AG

AOA,On your and this forams reccomendatios and after visiting lot of H.socities in Lahore i have purchased a 10 marla plot in BT sector C, many thanks to Mr. Adil Saeed for his help, time and guaidence. i want to start construction of house immidiately. Since i am working in KSA and have no one in Lahore to take care of such things therefore i will have to totally rely on the contractor and architect.
I will appreciate if you could share your experience/advices on my e-mail '. Kindly also let me know the name and contact number of architact who designed your house. I understood that architacts usually do not pay more attention and hardly visit the site once in a week,is it true, if so what is the solution?

mr karim i am also in same situation which u had face.i also want to purchase a 10 marla plot in bahria but i dont know that which sector is good sector B or sector C.and in sector B and C which blocks are most beautifull.many people says ali block is most beautifull some says gardenia is most beautifull.please you tell ur absorvation which is most beautifull and what are rates there.in which block you bought ur plot and in how much money.

First of all I apologize 4 the delayed reply, actually i replied at 3 pm pst but due to net problem it was not posted/updated here, later on I got busy and was not at home.

@AG, yes, I have received all ur e-mails and have replied hope by now you would have received it. thanks a lot 4 ur detailed e-mails, pics and prayers.

@Pardesi, many thanks 4 ur e-mail, hope u have received my reply.

@Khanzada, in my opinion almost all BT sectors are equally good and beautiful except for the plot locations i.e. it should not be near graveyard or village. Price of 10 marla plot in sector C is between 21 to 30 lacks depending on the location. I was not interested in corner, facing park or main road plots therefore have purchased plot in a back street of Gulbhar block of sector C in 22 Lacks including transfer fee, stamp duty and agents commission etc. if you are in Lahore I suggest better to visit BT yourself n then decide. CC block of sector D location wise is also very good, 10 marla plots there are in the range of 24 to 28 lacks. Please also contact Mr. Adil Saeed of LRE who was a great help to me to buy plot.

Ali sahib, It is worthwhile to buy property in NFC Phase-2, where you can get one kanal plot from 11 Lac to 15 Lac (including Development) depending on location.you cannot find one kanal land at this price in its surroundings.NFC-II is 3 Km away from Bahria Main enterance along canal.That is an ideal time for investment in NFC phase 2. After 2 to 3 Years prices will be doubled in this society.
